Jennifer Batts

Jennifer Batts
Patient Coordinator

Jennifer is a Colorado native whose love for the mountains brought her to the Vail Valley. Her interest in exercise and physical fitness led her to personal trainer school and she began work at Vail Summit Orthopaedics in 2009. She joined Dr. Cunningham's team in 2013 and enjoys running, backpacking, camping, hiking and snowshoeing in her free time.

Victoria Stanislawski

Victoria Stanislawski
Athletic Trainer, ATC

Victoria received her undergraduate degree in Athletic Training/Health Education from Kean University and her master’s degree from the University of South Carolina. As a graduate assistant, she worked as a Certified Athletic Trainer for the USC cheerleading and equestrian teams. She also served as a physician extender to two of USC Sports Medicine's orthopaedic surgeons. She completed The Steadman Clinic’s Athletic Training Fellowship program in 2013. She is a board-certified orthopaedic technologist and licensed surgical assistant. She enjoys hiking, cycling, snowboarding and volunteering with the US Ski and Snowboard Association.

Matt Vinnal

Athletic Trainer, ATC

Matt earned his undergraduate degree in Athletic Training from Rowan University in Glassboro, NJ, and his master’s degree in Advanced Athletic Training from the University of Hawaii at Manoa in Honolulu. He moved to Colorado in 2010 and participated in a physician extender fellowship. He later moved to Michigan and helped a sports medicine physician start his practice. Wanting to return to the mountains, he moved back in 2013 to work with Dr. Cunningham. He enjoys the outdoors, especially snowboarding and hiking.

Megan has worked for Vail Summit Orthopaedics since 2003 as Lead Patient Representative. She joined Dr. Cunningham's team in 2008 as the Surgical Account Representative. In her position, she coordinates surgical appointments and authorizes benefit verifications for injections and surgical procedures. Megan enjoys all aspects of the mountain lifestyle, which she shares with her husband Daniel and son Branden.

Gretchen Meador, PA

Physician Assistant

Gretchen graduated Magna Cum Laude from Belmont University in Nashville with a major in Exercise Science and a minor in Biology. She earned her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies at University of Alabama at Birmingham. Gretchen has been working with Dr. Cunningham since October 2015. She enjoys skiing, snowboarding, hiking and trail running, all of which she shares with her husband Ben and her rescue dog.

John Polikandriotis joined Vail-Summit Orthopaedics in 2016 and brings with him more than 10 years of progressive strategic planning and operational experience within the healthcare industry. Before joining Vail-Summit Orthopaedics, he served as the Vice President of Ambulatory Operations for Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta, where he oversaw the ambulatory strategic expansion and operational efforts for one of the largest pediatric systems in the country. He holds a PhD in Biochemistry, a Master of Business Administration in Finance/Healthcare Administration and a Master of Public Health. He has served as a National Baldrige Examiner and is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives.

Anne Smith

Anne Smith
Director of Operations

Anne’s love of the mountains and passion for outdoor sports brought her to Colorado in 1998, shortly after graduating from the University of Kentucky. She joined Vail-Summit Orthopaedics in 2009 as the Frisco Clinic Manager, after having worked in management at both Vail Valley Medical Center and St. Anthony Summit Medical Center. She now oversees operations in the Edwards, Frisco and Vail locations. She lives in Breckenridge with her husband and three children, and spends her time away from the office traveling with her family, skiing, hiking, camping, practicing yoga and playing softball.
